Workshop on Knowledge Discovery, Data Mining and Machine Learning (KDML-2012)

At the workshop week LWA-2012 held September 12-14 in Dortmund, Germany

We invite submissions on all aspects of data mining, knowledge discovery and machine learning. Beside new work, we also invite preliminary results and resubmissions of articles published or disseminated at international conferences or jounarls no earlier than 2012.

To improve networking of scientists, users and the GI Special Interest Groups FG-ABIS, FG-IR and FG-WM, LWA will feature a poster and demo session.

Submission of papers: 29 Jun 2012 15 Jul 2012
Notification of acceptance: 27 Jul 2012 13 Aug 2012
Camera ready copies due: 31 Aug 2012

Types of Submissions:

  • Papers (6-8 pages)
  • Short Papers (4 pages): Position papers or work in progress
  • Poster and Demonstrations (2 pages): Poster and Presentation of systems or prototypes

Submissions are welcome in English and German. They have to follow the conference format and should be submitted as PDF files to EasyChair (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kdml2012). All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
